Enhancing Employability: The Vision and Mission of the Training and Placement Cell at DYPCOA

In the rapidly evolving field of architecture, the transition from academia to industry can be challenging for many students. Recognizing this, the DY Patil College of Architecture (DYPCOA) has established a robust Training and Placement (T&P) Cell since its inception. This initiative is dedicated to enhancing employability and ensuring that students are equipped with the necessary skills and information for an effective job search and seamless industry interaction.

Vision of the Placement Department

The primary vision of the T&P Cell at DYPCOA is to foster enhanced employability among students. This vision is not only about securing jobs but also about preparing students to meet the dynamic demands of architectural firms and end users by providing them with trained, employable, and job-ready professionals.

To facilitate these activities, a dedicated Training and Placement Officer (TPO) is appointed. The TPO ensures the smooth functioning of the cell and adherence to institution-specific guidelines aimed at boosting the placement of professionals.
